In  many employment situations, you will have to fill out forms as well as submitting a Cover Letter and Resume.  

This training should help familiarize you with everything you may need to successfully get the job and fill out the proper forms for employment.

Use the links in the right hand column to fill out your W4, I9 and application form for your portfolio. When you open each file be sure to save it in your My Documents folder on the network, or in a drive that you may access later. 
Please pay special attention to:
  • Spelling
  • Capitalization (that includes street names, towns and states)
  • Adding complete information
These forms will need to be completely error free in order to add them to your portfolio so be sure to spend the extra work time to get them right now. That way you won't have to edit them multiple times.
